What to Expect at Goebel Chiropractic

Health Care Team at Goebel Chiropractic.

Your Health Care Team at Goebel Chiropractic.

If you’ve ever gone to a social event where you didn’t know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel. Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home.

Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it’s important that our relationship can go the distance. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain everything in advance. No surprises!

The more you understand who we are, what we do and why we do it, the better results you’ll enjoy. It’s as simple as that.

So, check us out here. Poke around. Get to know us. Then, contact our Fort Wayne office to make an appointment so we can get to know you.

First Visit

Expect a pleasant caring, goal oriented support team. Be prepared to discuss your symptoms, and your past medical history. For example; other doctors seen, surgeries, x-rays, tests results, treatment, accidents, injuries and activities such as sports and hobbies. A thorough consultation, physical examination and if necessary, diagnostic testing to include x-rays may be performed. Please bring your online paperwork, insurance card, photo ID, and list of current medications. Allow about an hour.

Second Visit

Dr. Goebel will review and show you the results of the diagnostic testing/x-rays. After answering your questions, if he feels he can help you, he will tell you so. If he cannot, he will refer you to a specialist that may best help your condition. A trial period of treatment with specific improvement goals will be set for your “Road to Recovery”.

Expect approximately 90 minutes for this office visit, including treatment. Our Finance Coordinator will review the fees, and any insurance benefits you may have available.

Regular Visit

Routine treatment takes 30-40 minutes. After the trial period of treatment, Dr. Goebel will re-assess your condition to determine which improvement goals have been reached on your “Road to Recovery”.
